- Eink Mode Data, Settings, and Content Usage: Stored during the period necessary for providing product features, synchronization, debugging, support, and account services; when an account is deleted or data is cleared, handled according to product limitations, backup cycles, and legal requirements.
- Customer Service and Contact Records: Kept for the duration necessary to handle your inquiries, support, rights requests, or disputes.
- Newsletter Information: >Stored until you unsubscribe or we stop providing the newsletter; after unsubscribing, we may retain necessary records to prevent future mailings.

After you delete your account or cancel your subscription, it does not mean that all your data will be immediately deleted. 9. Impact of Not Providing Information
You can choose whether to provide personal information. However, if you do not provide the necessary information, we may not be able to create an account, complete login, offer Eink Mode, process subscriptions or payments, send notifications, respond to customer service inquiries, provide invoices, or fulfill certain functions of this service.
10. Privacy of Minors
Users who are under the legal age of adulthood must use this service and related paid services with the consent of their legal guardians. We do not intentionally market to minors or collect information that is not necessary for providing this service.
If we discover or have reasonable suspicion that a minor is using this service without the consent of their legal guardian, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate their account, and to the extent reasonable, delete or cease processing related personal data.
11. International Data Transmission
Because the cloud, authentication, third-party login, payment processing, analytics, email, customer service, or security services we use may be located outside of Taiwan, your data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries or regions outside of Taiwan, including the regions where the service providers or their infrastructure are located.
The data protection laws in these areas may differ from those in your location. We will reasonably require service providers to take appropriate protective measures and handle cross-border data transfers in accordance with applicable laws.
